Kingsley Specialist Services is seeking a Senior Support Worker for Learning Disability Services. You will work as part of the care team to meet residents' daily needs, support care planning, and coach staff, while upholding PBS and promoting dignity and independence.
Reports to Home Manager/Deputy Manager/Nurse. The role requires prior senior care experience, strong communication and leadership, good organisation, and a full UK driving licence preferred.
