Kingsley Healthcare Group in the North West of England is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to design, plan and deliver training programmes across our care homes and homecare branches. You will coordinate mandatory and advanced subjects, travel between sites, and support induction and champion programmes to raise training standards.

Reporting to the Group Training and Academy Manager, you will maintain training records, ensure compliance with Skills for Care and CQC standards.
