As a Support Worker, you will work as part of a dedicated team to maintain the personal care needs of residents, respecting their dignity and promoting independence. You will ensure high standards of care and undertake daily activities at our home.

We focus on understanding communication and responding proactively to meet needs, reducing behaviours of concern or distress. You will role model this approach and support staff in applying PBS.

Skills and Attributes

  • Caring and patient nature
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Previous experience as a carer (preferred, not essential)
  • Full UK Driving Licence (preferred, not essential)
