About the role
As a Support Worker, you will work as part of a dedicated team to maintain the personal care needs of residents, respecting their dignity and promoting independence. You will ensure high standards of care and undertake daily activities at our home.

Our care is based on the positive behaviour support (PBS) model, emphasizing person-centred care, choice, independence, participation, and inclusion. This approach empowers individuals to live meaningful and happy lives in adaptable environments.
We focus on understanding communication and responding proactively to meet needs, reducing behaviours of concern or distress. You will role model this approach and support staff in applying PBS.
