About the Role
As a Nurse, you will work as part of the care team, carrying out all relevant forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners. You will ensure care services are consistently provided to a high-quality standard, meet personal care needs of residents, respect dignity, promote independence, and assist in the nursing care of residents and general day-to-day activities of the home.
Reports to: Home Manager/Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in consultation with the care team.
- Collaborate with other nurse practitioners to deliver person-centred care.
- Support residents’ independence and dignity in daily activities.
- Assist in general day-to-day operations of the home as required.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the job role.
- NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
