About The Role
To ensure there is always a focus on delivering excellent customer experience through presentation and food service within the home. Reports to: Hospitality Manager / Home Manager
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality hospitality and food and beverage service within the home.
- Maintain excellent communication, motivation and interpersonal skills with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Demonstrate good organisational skills and attention to detail.
