About the role
As our Deputy Manager, you will assist in managing operations within the home to reach or exceed goals while ensuring the provision of high-quality care. You will oversee the care staff and assume full management in the absence of the Home Manager.
You will train and supervise care staff, assist with pre-admission assessments, ensure care plans and records are up to date, and communicate effectively with residents\’ families and organizations.

- Previous Deputy Home Manager experience.
- Ability to engage with service users to understand their needs and provide excellent care.
- Knowledge of safeguarding pathways.
- Good understanding of CQC standards.
- Ability to build relationships with care professionals, families, and staff.
