We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team. This role is designed for individuals looking to build a career in contracts management within the mastic asphalt industry. The successful candidate will receive training and mentorship to develop the skills needed to oversee the delivery of contracts from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing all aspects of contracts, including planning, execution, and completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Support in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project implementation.
- Assist in coordinating and allocating resources, including labour, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient execution of contracts.

- Implement quality control measures to deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effective delivery of contracts.

Qualifications and Requirements:
