We’re working with a client who’s looking for a proactive, solutions-focused Claims Handler to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of claims—including freight, cargo, motor, and personal injury. This role goes beyond managing paperwork. It’s about driving outcomes, improving systems, and spotting smarter, more efficient ways to resolve claims. What you’ll be doing:
- Managing claims end-to-end, from first contact to resolution
- Communicating clearly with legal teams, insurers, and stakeholders
- Investigating incidents, gathering facts, and analysing details
- Helping to refine and improve the claims handling process
What you’ll bring:
- At least 3 years’ experience in claims handling or claims administration
- Strong communication skills—written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel (Salesforce experience a bonus)
- An eye for detail and a mindset geared toward continuous improvement
