We're excited to be partnering with a market-leading media intelligence and communications technology business who are entering a new stage of growth. This is a broad and commercially focused in-house role, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across a fast-growing and highly collaborative business. You'll play a key role in supporting commercial operations, managing legal risk and advising on a wide range of day-to-day legal matters.

The role:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer, supplier and partnership contracts
  • Advising on B2B SaaS and subscription-based commercial arrangements
  • Supporting on data protection, privacy and intellectual property matters
  • Managing legal compliance and advising on regulatory obligations
  • Identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risk across the business
  • Handling disputes and liaising with external counsel where required
  • Supporting internal stakeholders with pragmatic, commercial legal advice

About You:

  • 5+ PQE qualified solicitor (England & Wales)
  • Strong commercial contracts experience gained in-house
  • Experience advising on SaaS, technology or subscription-based agreements
  • Good understanding of data protection, privacy and intellectual property matters
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset
  • Comfortable working autonomously and partnering with non-legal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
