We're working with a high-growth, private equity-backed international business to appoint an Employment Lawyer to join its legal team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Reporting to the Global Head of Employment, you'll advise on a broad range of UK employment matters while gaining valuable exposure to cross-border work across Europe.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious employment lawyer looking to broaden their international experience within a supportive, high-performing legal team.

We're seeking a UK-qualified lawyer with approximately 4–8 years' PQE, strong technical employment law experience and a pragmatic, commercial approach.

You'll enjoy partnering closely with the business and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The role is based in London with a hybrid working pattern of two days per week in the office. The preferred start date is September.
