We’re excited to be working on a fantastic contract opportunity with a fast-growing, international consumer brand with a significant global footprint and ambitious expansion plans. This is a rare chance to step into a broad, high-impact in-house role at a pivotal stage of growth, working at the heart of a dynamic and entrepreneurial business.
This is a genuinely varied position offering exposure to a wide range of legal work across multiple jurisdictions, particularly the US, including:
- Commercial contracts and marketing support
- Trademark and brand protection
- Franchise agreements and negotiations
- Corporate matters, including M&A and group structuring
- Disputes and risk management
- Data protection
You’ll be working closely with a small but high-performing legal team, supporting rapid international expansion and advising key stakeholders across the business.
About You:
- 3-6 PQE Qualified lawyer with commercial and corporate experience
- In-house experience is essential
- Comfortable working in a scale-up / evolving in-house function
- Pragmatic, commercially minded and confident managing a varied workload
- Strong relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Immediately available for a 9-12 month contract
