We are partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed business on the path to IPO, seeking an exceptional Senior Corporate Counsel (7 plus PQE) to join its expanding legal team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic and fluid organisation during a critical stage of its growth journey. You will play a key role in shaping the legal function, supporting strategic initiatives, and advising senior stakeholders across the business.

The Role

Reporting to the senior legal leadership you will provide support across a broad range of corporate matters, including:

  • M&A transactions, joint ventures, and strategic investments
  • Corporate governance and board support
  • Pre-IPO readiness and public company transition work
  • Equity matters and shareholder arrangements
  • Advising on complex, cross-border corporate projects

You will operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, balancing legal risk with business objectives in a fast-moving environment.

About You

  • 7–10 years’ PQE (other PQEs will be considered), ideally from a leading law firm and/or in-house environment
  • Strong all-round corporate experience, including M&A and governance
  • Exposure to private equity-backed businesses and/or IPO processes is highly desirable
  • Commercially minded, pragmatic, and confident working autonomously
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
