We are proud to be partnering with a global private equity business seeking to appoint a strategic and dynamic Competition Lawyer to support its European operations across a wide range of competition law matters. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping the transformation of the organisation’s global legal function.
As a trusted business partner, you will:
- Help define and implement competition compliance strategy
- Advise on merger control and broader competition law issues
- Review and strengthen internal policies, including dawn raid procedures
- Monitor regulatory and policy developments across relevant jurisdictions
- Provide competition and merger control advice in connection with acquisitions and distribution structures
We are keen to hear from candidates who bring:
- 8+ years’ PQE with strong academic credentials
- Robust competition law experience within a reputable in-house legal team, covering multiple jurisdictions
- Broad-ranging expertise, particularly in:
- Abuse of dominance
- Horizontal and vertical agreements
- M&A matters
- Designing and implementing competition law compliance programmes
