We are working with a Global powerhouse in their search for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to provide practical, commercially focused legal support across a diverse range of business activities within a fast-paced environment.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, including supplier, partnership, licensing, franchise, ecommerce, technology, outsourcing and finance-related contracts.
Advising on commercial disputes, litigation and risk management matters.
Supporting marketing and ecommerce teams on advertising, promotions, digital activity and regulatory compliance, including drafting related terms and conditions.
Advising on intellectual property matters, including brand licensing and third-party licensing arrangements.
Supporting customer service teams with complaints, disputes and small claims matters.
Liaising with regulators and enforcement bodies on compliance and customer-related issues.
Managing external legal counsel where specialist support is required.
Supporting senior legal colleagues and supervising junior team members.
UK Qualified lawyer with strong commercial contracts experience.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of a business.
Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach to legal advice.
