We are working with a forward thinking law firm in their search for a Recruitment/Resourcing Manager. This person will need to have a good understanding of the legal market. The role is based in fabulous offices in the heart of London (Hybrid working). Responsibilities – The Engagement Manager will serve as primary contact for temporary resourcing requests from clients helping to support through the whole life cycle of a project from initial request to scoping and through to completion. Understand the clients’ requirements and identify suitable talent across a range of legal practice areas. Support the BD team with market intelligence relating to flexible resourcing and up-to-date pricing information. Interview scheduling and preparation. Candidate management from briefing and post-placement support, including engagement and retention initiatives. Manage multiple concurrent resource requests and placements. Proactively managing compliance (risks, issues and changes) and overseeing due diligence. Required Skills 2+ years’ experience as a customer facing relationship manager, ideally in legal services, financial services or professional services sector.
