Our client, a global and fast-growing organisation, is seeking an experienced Interim Legal Operations professional to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their legal function for a period of 6-12 months. Working closely with senior leadership, you will act as a trusted strategic partner, delivering projects that improve efficiency, unlock insight and elevate the impact of the legal function across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic transformation initiatives across the legal function, partnering closely with senior leadership.
- Design and implement new operational capabilities, processes and governance frameworks that enhance the effectiveness of the legal team.
- Leverage data, analytics and reporting tools to generate insights, track KPIs, and support smarter decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, introduce technology solutions, and improve operational performance.
- Ensure legal operations processes align with internal policies while proactively identifying and mitigating legal, financial and reputational risks.
- Immediately available or available to start at short notice.
- Significant experience in senior legal operations roles, ideally within large global in-house legal teams.
- A proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional transformation projects from concept to delivery.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Comfortable working with legal analytics, data and reporting tools to translate information into clear business insights.
