- Drafting and negotiating commercial, technology, data, IT and telecommunications contracts
- Advising on post-contract matters including variations, disputes, exits and re-procurements
- Working closely with Procurement, Commercial, Technology and Regulatory teams
- Providing clear, risk-based advice in a highly regulated environment
- Delivering legal training and contributing to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing within the legal team
What We're Looking For
- 3–4 years' PQE, gained in a well-regarded private practice (TMT, commercial or outsourcing focus)
- Experience drafting and negotiating technology, data, software and/or managed services agreements
- Commercial, solutions-focused and able to distil complex legal issues into practical advice
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a genuine interest in business partnering
- Comfortable operating in a regulated or complex environment (exposure helpful but not essential)
- Proactive, resilient and keen to develop in a fast-moving organisation
- In-house experience, or exposure to regulated industries, competition law or complex procurements is desirable.
Why Apply?
- Work on critical infrastructure with real national impact
- High-quality, varied legal work in a collaborative in-house environment
- Supportive, collaborative in-house legal team with strong visibility across the business
- Competitive salary and flexible benefits package
- Genuine commitment to diversity, inclusion and sustainability
