A leading international, private equity-backed organisation is looking to appoint a Senior Legal Counsel for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a broad, business-facing role supporting senior stakeholders on commercial contracts, governance, compliance and strategic projects.
You'll act as a trusted adviser to the business, balancing legal risk with commercial objectives while helping drive key initiatives across the UK and Ireland.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with 8–12 years' PQE, strong commercial law experience and the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
