Head of Business Continuity | Global Organisation
A leading international business is seeking a Head of Business Continuity to take ownership of its global Business Continuity and Operational Resilience programme.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and enhancing resilience frameworks, overseeing continuity planning, leading testing and exercising activities, managing incident response and providing governance reporting to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the global Business Continuity and Operational Resilience programme.
- Develop and enhance resilience frameworks and continuity planning.
- Lead testing and exercising activities to validate plans and preparedness.
- Oversee incident response and coordination during disruptions.
- Provide governance reporting to senior stakeholders and maintain clear accountability across the organisation.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience or a related risk discipline.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide frameworks.
- Experience leading crisis management activities and operating within complex stakeholder environments.
