We are seeking an exceptional Global Head of Litigation to lead and scale the litigation and disputes function for a fast-growing, globally operating financial services business. This is a rare opportunity to shape litigation strategy at enterprise level within a complex, regulated, and highly innovative organisation.
The role will oversee all contentious matters worldwide, partnering closely with the executive legal and business team, regulators, and external counsel. The successful candidate will bring deep international litigation experience, with ideally exposure to the US, alongside strong leadership and commercial judgment. There is an opportunity to build a team.
Experience & Background- Qualified lawyer with at least 10+ yearsβ post-qualification experience
- Significant experience leading complex litigation with international experience
- Demonstrable global litigation experience, including ideally exposure to the United States
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial judgment
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling, and sometimes ambiguous environment
- Excellent leadership, influencing, and communication skills
- Calm under pressure, with strong crisis and risk management capability
