A leading international fintech is expanding its London corporate team following a recent IPO. We’re looking for a corporate lawyer (4–8 PQE) to advise on governance, corporate finance and cross-border commercial matters.
What you’ll do:
- Advise on post-IPO governance, board matters, and shareholder obligations
- Support corporate finance transactions, including equity/debt offerings and financing arrangements
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Mitigate corporate legal risks and provide pragmatic, business-focused advice
- Handle US securities law compliance and reporting obligations
Who you are:
- 4–8 years’ PQE in corporate/commercial law, ideally a top-tier private practice or in-house
- Experience with listed or recently-listed companies
- Strong corporate finance and US securities exposure
- Comfortable with cross-border corporate and commercial issues
- Independent, proactive, and collaborative with a “can-do” mindset
