Our client is an internationally renowned luxury fashion business looking for a smart, experienced and highly motivated Tech or Property/Construction lawyer to join their legal team. This role is a hybrid structure with a base in central London.

They are looking for a motivated and highly capable individual, with between 1-3 years PQE, preferably have a short notice period and come with a level of commercial understanding. Reporting to the General Counsel & Head of Legal, you will have an interesting and varied workload encompassing a broad range of legal matters including:

  • Good experience of Tech or Property/Construction issues
  • Have a pro-active, can-do attitude with a commercial mind and a skill for problem solving.
  • Have strong academics with law firm training and post qualification experience.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Have the ability to work independently and take initiative.

Skills and experience required:

  • Qualified as a solicitor in a UK jurisdiction with at least 1/3 years’ post-qualification experience.
  • Strong academic background, with training at a reputable UK or international law firm. You might already have some in-house experience, but this isn’t essential.
  • Highly organised and able to manage concurrent projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communicator, skilled at advising and influencing on complex topics in a direct, commercial manner without jargon or sitting on the fence.
  • Willing to work on a broad range of projects, to try new things, and to step outside your legal specialism to help the team.
