We are working with an energetic, fast-paced, hyper growth, global fintech who are expanding and looking to take on a newly or recently qualified lawyer to join their team.
The role will be diverse, incredibly interesting and the legal team very much operate as the heartbeat of the business. You will have the opportunity to work closely across the whole business with a passionate group of bright, creative and innovative teams that you will be supporting.
The work will traverse across many areas including, but not limited to, commercial and contracts advice, corporate work including integration matters, regulatory, compliance, employment and company secretarial matters as well as supporting on new and innovative project work.
This is an opportunity to work with a best-in-class legal team where there will be continuous learning and development.
To be considered for the role you should:
- Be a newly or recently qualified Lawyer
- Have trained at a reputable law firm
- Have a background in corporate or commercial law
- Enjoy working in fast paced, dynamic environments where change is ever present
The role is based in Central London, working three days a week in the office.
