We are partnering with a well-known, household name to appoint a Legal Counsel on an initial contract until September, with a potential for the role to become permanent.

The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the business on a broad range of commercial contracts, working closely with senior stakeholders and a high-performing in-house legal team. Your work will include:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements
- Advising the business on contractual risk and providing practical, commercial solutions
- Supporting both business-as-usual contracting and strategic projects
- Partnering closely with stakeholders across the organisation
About You
- Qualified lawyer with experience in commercial contracts (2-5 pqe)
- Comfortable managing high-volume and varied work
- Commercially minded, pragmatic and solutions-focused
- Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
- Immediately available or available at short notice
