We have been inundated with a few requests for interim Company Secretarial Assistants. We are looking for Company Secretarial Assistants that are available from the beginning of January on an interim basis. We are ideally looking for a qualified or part qualified Company Secretary who is qualified with the Corporate Governance Institute.
