We are partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed business on the path to IPO, seeking an exceptional Senior Corporate Counsel (7 plus PQE) to join its expanding legal team. You will play a key role in shaping the legal function, supporting strategic initiatives, and advising senior stakeholders across the business.
Reporting to the senior legal leadership you will provide support across a broad range of corporate matters, including:
- Advising on complex, cross-border corporate projects
You will operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, balancing legal risk with business objectives in a fast-moving environment.
7–10 years' PQE (other PQEs will be considered), ideally from a leading law firm and/or in-house environment. Exposure to private equity-backed businesses and/or IPO processes is highly desirable.
