🔍 The Opportunity

This 10–12 month interim role offers exposure to a wide variety of top-tier legal work. You’ll support three well-known consumer-tech brands in the property, data and digital space, getting stuck into everything from:

• Commercial contracts
• Co Sec & governance
• IP & tech agreements
• Disputes & litigation (all handled in-house!)
• M&A and exit readiness
• Strategic partnerships

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, advising across the business during one of the most exciting and pivotal phases in its lifecycle.

💼 What We’re Looking For

• A motivated, self-starting Legal Counsel with ~2+ years’ PQE
• You might be in private practice and keen to make your first move in-house
• Background in corporate, commercial, litigation or tech from a strong firm
• Experience in consumer, software, or tech-focused industries a real plus
• Confident juggling varied work and stepping into a strategic business partner role
• Able to work independently and at pace – this is PE-backed, so things move fast!
