We are partnering with a rapidly expanding international technology company who are seeking a talented Corporate Legal Counsel to join their globally recognised legal team in London. The team is collaborative, high-performing, and plays a key role in supporting business operations across multiple jurisdictions. Your Role Reporting to the Head of Legal and General Counsel, you will handle a broad and varied portfolio, including: Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing client and supplier contracts. Advising client services and internal teams on legal and compliance matters. Developing and implementing policies to manage risk effectively. Leading legal and compliance training initiatives. Managing corporate governance, company secretarial, and structural matters. Providing guidance on areas such as corporate/commercial law, intellectual property, data privacy, technology, sanctions, and regulatory compliance. Who We’re Looking For A corporate lawyer from a top-tier law firm. 3–4 years PQE with strong experience in corporate and commercial matters. Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
