Job Description

We are currently partnering with a renowned FMCG organisation undergoing an exciting period of transformation, who are seeking a skilled Risk and Compliance specialist to join their legal team on an interim basis for up to 6 months.

This is a fantastic opportunity to put in place a risk and compliance function and play a strategic role in supporting key business initiatives.

As Head of Risk and Compliance (UK), your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading all Risk and Compliance initiatives across the UK business.
  • Designing and implementing robust processes and procedures to effectively mitigate risk.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to the leadership team on all risk and compliance-related matters.
  • Proactively identifying and managing potential risks to prevent escalation.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, acting as a trusted advisor and playing a key role in strategic decision-making.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Bring significant experience advising on a broad range of risk and compliance issues.
  • Have a proven track record of managing end-to-end risk and compliance functions.
  • Be available immediately or at short notice.
