  • Drive the implementation of compliance initiatives aligned with local and global regulations while supporting commercial objectives.
  • Partner with corporate risk and regulatory functions to clarify ownership of key risks and close governance gaps.
  • Provide guidance on enterprise-wide risk initiatives, ensuring appropriate identification, management and escalation of risks.
  • Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable, business-friendly solutions.
  • Advise on new initiatives, commercial decisions and strategic projects to ensure compliance obligations are met.
  • Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership and wider corporate functions, balancing regulatory and risk requirements with business needs.

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with regulators, authorities and industry bodies.
  • Innovation and change management capabilities, able to find creative solutions and drive critical initiatives.
  • Highly conscientious, taking full ownership of responsibilities.
  • Pragmatic and business-focused approach with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex regulatory and risk matters.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to make a real impact in shaping risk and compliance strategy within a global telecommunications business.
