Head of Business Continuity | Global Organisation A leading international business is seeking a Head of Business Continuity to take ownership of its global Business Continuity and Operational Resilience programme.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and enhancing resilience frameworks, overseeing continuity planning, leading testing and exercising activities, managing incident response and providing governance reporting to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities Take ownership of the global Business Continuity and Operational Resilience programme.
Develop and enhance resilience frameworks and continuity planning.
Lead testing and exercising activities to validate plans and preparedness.
Oversee incident response and coordination during disruptions.
Provide governance reporting to senior stakeholders and maintain clear accountability across the organisation.
Qualifications Strong background in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience or a related risk discipline.
Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide frameworks.
Experience leading crisis management activities and operating within complex stakeholder environments.
The role offers the opportunity to work closely with Executive leadership, influence organisational resilience strategy and drive best practice across a diverse international business.
