We are partnering with a dynamic technology start-up in their search for a Sole Counsel / Head of Legal. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned legal professional with a proven track record of providing broad legal advice in a sole counsel capacity.

About the Role:

  • Provide strategic legal support to the business following a recent acquisition
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including inter-company agreements
