We’re partnering with one of the world’s most dynamic content creators to find a talented Employment Lawyer ready to step into a pivotal role. With productions spanning across 20+ countries and content that reaches millions, this is a chance to be part of a legal team that supports the creative process from pitch to production.
You’ll work at the intersection of culture, innovation, and law – helping drive solutions on everything from international mobility and contributor welfare to corporate transactions and policy evolution.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Advising on a wide range of UK and international employment issues, always with a pragmatic, commercial lens
- Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, consultancy agreements, and settlement packages
- Supporting production teams and senior stakeholders through sensitive HR challenges
- Helping shape and deliver training across the organisation – from execs to set crew
- Contributing to M&A and corporate projects where employment law plays a key role
- Keeping internal policies sharp, relevant, and aligned with legal and cultural change
What You’ll Bring:
- Around 3+ years’ PQE in employment law, ideally with exposure to both contentious and non-contentious work
- Strong commercial judgement and a clear, confident communication style
- Experience working across international jurisdictions is a plus
- Media, tech, or creative industry background welcome but not essential
- Comfort working at pace, navigating ambiguity, and influencing stakeholders across all levels
