We are partnering with a dynamic international organisation to appoint an Interim Group Head of Legal on a fixed-term basis. This role offers the opportunity to lead an established legal function while supporting ambitious business objectives across multiple markets.
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will provide legal leadership on corporate activity, governance, compliance, commercial contracting, litigation oversight and enterprise risk management. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, helping navigate strategic decisions while ensuring legal risks are identified and managed effectively.
Candidates should be qualified lawyers with significant in-house experience, strong commercial judgement and a proven track record supporting international M&A and transformational business environments.
