Our client, a fast-growing global technology company, is seeking a mid-level Employment Lawyer to join its London-based legal team. Supporting the business across multiple jurisdictions, you will advise on a broad range of employment law matters, including employee relations, investigations, organisational change, hiring and termination issues, and global employment compliance. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide commercially focused legal advice in a dynamic, international environment.
The successful candidate will take ownership of key employment law matters, help shape processes and policies, and play a meaningful role in the continued development of the function. - Experience gained at a leading law firm and/or in-house within a multinational organisation.
- Strong experience drafting and advising on employment contracts, policies, handbooks, and related documentation.
- Proven ability to manage a wide range of employee legal matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and termination issues.
- Confidence advising on employment law matters across multiple jurisdictions, working effectively with external counsel where required.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner closely with HR, Legal, and business leaders.
