Partner / Head of Employment Law – Leading Firm

An innovative, full-service and highly regarded law firm is looking for a Head of Employment Law to lead and grow their Employment practice.

The firm has an excellent reputation across the region, working with a broad client base from start-ups to large, well-established businesses with thousands of employees. The work is varied, covering both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, though the focus is predominantly non-contentious.

You will also work closely with the corporate/commercial team on matters such as corporate restructurings, TUPE and advising large regional businesses, giving you exposure to high-quality, strategic work.

The Employment team already has a strong foundation and a small group in place, and this role offers the opportunity to take ownership, develop the team, and shape the future direction of the practice.

The team supports both employers and employees across the full spectrum of employment law – from contracts and policies through to disputes, redundancies, discrimination claims and beyond. They are both solution-focused and flexible.
