Our client, a global leader in their field, are looking for a Deputy General Counsel – Europe to join their team on a permanent basis. The organisation is at an exciting juncture in their growth story and as a result, they are looking for a lawyer with corporate / commercial experience to support them on their journey. The General Counsel is hugely inspirational and is looking for someone to work in partnership with them – helping to build out best in class legal teams that provide practical, solutions focused and commercial legal advice. With a sole focus on Europe, you will work alongside the organisation’s CEOs based in Europe, advising on a broad spectrum of corporate, commercial, regulatory, compliance and governance related matters. The scope of the role will also involve working strategically with Board members and managing a team. To be considered for the role you should: Have worked in-house and have specific experience across Europe Speak European languages (this is a requirement for the role) Have advised on a broad range of corporate / commercial matters Be open to some international travel This is a truly unique opportunity to work with one of the most ambitious organisations where you be central to the success of their growth plans.
