We are currently working with a household name based in Leeds who are looking for a Deputy Company Secretary to join their team for a 12-month maternity cover. Reporting into the Senior Legal Director, you will be responsible for all company secretarial matters including supporting the General Counsel & Company Secretary on Board related work.
This opportunity is to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and well recognised organisation and to be considered for the role you should:
- Be a qualified Company Secretary or Solicitor
- Have extensive experience in company secretarial related matters
- Be immediately available or available at short notice
- Be proactive, inquisitive, and open to new ways of doing things
