Partnership opportunity with an outstanding law firm! We are delighted to be partnering with a well-established, multi-office law firm that continues to go from strength to strength, with ambitious and impressive plans for further growth.
With a strong and dynamic presence across Hampshire and surrounding counties, the firm has earned numerous accolades and is widely recognised for its innovative and forward-thinking approach. It attracts high-calibre lawyers to its team, including a number of City lawyers and benefits from a loyal and growing client base.
At the heart of the firm is a genuine people-first culture, with clear investment in training, development and long-term career progression. Their established Commercial Property team advises a broad-ranging client base of housebuilders, developers and landowners, across all aspects of Commercial Property including commercial landlord and tenant matters, investment property acquisitions and lease negotiations.
The firm is now looking to expand the team with the appointment of a Commercial Property Partner, who would like to join them on their journey! The successful applicant will join an already impressive and growing team, contributing strategically to the department’s development while driving high-quality client work. In return you will benefit from a competitive remuneration and bonus package.
To be considered for this opportunity you will be:
- A qualified solicitor in England & Wales and either a partner already or a Senior Associate ready to step into partnership
- Technically strong with a proven background in all aspects of Commercial Property
- Commercially minded, with the ability to develop and sustain client relationships
- Interested in mentoring senior and junior solicitors in the team
- Approachable, collaborative and aligned with a values-led firm culture
- Motivated by growth quality and long-term career progression
