An opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor to join a best-in-class in-house legal team within a major UK organisation. This is an excellent role for a solicitor in private practice looking to move in-house, or an existing in-house lawyer seeking broader exposure to complex disputes. You will provide commercially focused legal advice across a wide range of contentious matters, including:
- Managing disputes across contract, IP, IT, regulatory and property matters
- Handling litigation pre-action and through to issue
- Advising on customer and commercial disputes
- Supporting small claims and liaising with external counsel
- Working with stakeholders to deliver clear, practical advice
- Managing external legal providers and internal know-how
We’re looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE in commercial litigation (flexible)
- Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules
- Experience across a range of disputes
- Confident advising senior stakeholders
- Proactive, commercial and collaborative approach
- GDPR experience (desirable)
