An opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor to join a best-in-class in-house legal team within a major UK organisation. This is an excellent role for a solicitor in private practice looking to move in-house, or an existing in-house lawyer seeking broader exposure to complex disputes. You will provide commercially focused legal advice across a wide range of contentious matters, including:

  • Managing disputes across contract, IP, IT, regulatory and property matters
  • Handling litigation pre-action and through to issue
  • Advising on customer and commercial disputes
  • Supporting small claims and liaising with external counsel
  • Working with stakeholders to deliver clear, practical advice
  • Managing external legal providers and internal know-how

We’re looking for:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE in commercial litigation (flexible)
  • Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules
  • Experience across a range of disputes
  • Confident advising senior stakeholders
  • Proactive, commercial and collaborative approach
  • GDPR experience (desirable)
