This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a global tech leader\’s high-performing in-house legal team. The position involves working on strategic, high-value technology and outsourcing deals that influence digital transformation worldwide.

The Role:

You will lead negotiations on IT services contracts, support commercial and contractual delivery, and guide stakeholders through complex deal processes. The role also includes providing strategic input on distressed accounts, pre-litigation disputes, and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead negotiations on major IT services contracts
• Manage live agreements and contractual performance
• Contribute to contract resets, rebaselining, and issue resolution
• Support training, knowledge sharing, and innovation initiatives within Legal
• UK qualified solicitor (2–4 PQE) with experience in commercial contracts and/or IT/outsourcing deals from a top law firm
• Strong understanding of commercial risk, stakeholder management, and financial aspects
• Solutions-focused, confident negotiator with a collaborative approach
• Experience with complex project delivery or distressed matters is a plus
