We are seeking an experienced Financial Regulatory lawyer to join a highly regarded global legal team. Working closely with Legal, Compliance, Treasury, Finance, Credit, and senior business stakeholders, you will provide strategic legal and regulatory support across international leasing, asset finance, and financing activities. This is a highly visible role offering significant exposure to cross-border transactions, regulatory strategy, and innovative financing structures supporting AI, infrastructure, and large-scale technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on financial regulatory matters relating to global leasing and asset finance activities.
  • Support licensing, market entry, and regulatory change initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Partner with Compliance teams on regulatory and governance matters.
  • Provide legal support on complex cross-border financing, leasing, and receivables finance transactions.
