We're working with a growing media technology company seeking a Sole Legal Counsel to lead all legal matters across the business. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll be the go-to legal adviser, providing pragmatic support on a broad range of commercial and operational issues.
Key requirements:
- 4–8 PQE qualified solicitor (England & Wales)
- Broad commercial legal background gained in-house
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating customer, supplier and technology agreements
- Happy undertaking contract management tasks
- Comfortable advising autonomously across legal, compliance and risk matters
- Commercial, pragmatic approach with excellent stakeholder management skills
