The successful candidate will lead a global team responsible for regulatory meetings, examinations, supervisory engagements, and regulator-facing materials. This is a hands-on leadership role with a mandate to design, implement, and embed a robust and scalable regulatory interactions operating model. • Oversee regulatory examinations, supervisory meetings, and ongoing or ad hoc regulatory inquiries
  • Ensure consistent, well-governed regulatory messaging and engagement across jurisdictions
  • Advise executive management and Board-level stakeholders on regulatory risk, supervisory expectations, emerging areas of focus, and cross-jurisdictional trends
  • Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and other control functions to support effective regulatory engagement
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing global regulatory interactions team
  • Continuously enhance the regulatory interactions framework, governance, and operating model
Experience & Qualifications
  • 10–15 years of experience in regulatory relations, regulatory affairs, supervision, or a related field within financial services
