Senior Legal Counsel – Media An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial lawyer to join a leading global media organisation's in-house legal team . This role offers the chance to work on high-value, complex commercial matters across international markets, partnering closely with business, client, and agency teams. You'll provide practical, strategic legal advice while leading contract negotiations in a fast-paced and innovative environment Draft, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of complex commercial agreements. Support client-facing teams on commercial transactions and new business opportunities. Provide guidance on advertising, data privacy, AI, intellectual property, and related legal issues. Develop practical legal tools, templates, and training materials. Advise on legal and compliance risks and support risk mitigation strategies. Collaborate with legal colleagues and stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions Strong commercial contracts experience gained in-house or in private practice. Sound knowledge of contract law, data privacy, intellectual property, and emerging AI regulations. Fluent English communication skills Exposure to innovative sectors including media, technology, AI, and marketing. A collaborative and supportive legal team.
