  • Advising on developments in data protection law and their practical impact on the business
  • Reviewing, negotiating and advising on vendor contracts and data processing arrangements
  • Supporting business projects to ensure privacy compliance, including advising on and monitoring DPIAs

  • Line management of a Legal Counsel
About you:
  • Strong data protection and privacy background, ideally with 5+ years’ relevant experience
  • Trained at a well-regarded private practice, with some in-house exposure
  • Commercial, pragmatic and confident advising a fast-paced, consumer-facing business
  • Comfortable reviewing and negotiating data protection clauses and agreements
  • Experience in a regulated environment is helpful but not essential
  • Privacy certifications (CIPP, CIPM, BCS or similar) are advantageous
What’s on offer:
  • Hybrid working (2 days per week in a Central London office)
  • A visible, business-facing role within a growing yet financially stable FTSE 250 organisation
