We are partnering with a FTSE 100 to appoint an experienced Corporate Lawyer on a permanent basis. This is a standout opportunity to join a highly regarded legal team at the heart of a global business, working directly with the Head of Corporate on a portfolio of high value, cross-border transactions. This role offers exceptional exposure to complex international M&A activity, alongside a broad mix of corporate matters. You will play a key role in delivering strategic transactions while operating within a highly collaborative and forward-thinking in-house environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality legal advice across a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A transactions, joint ventures, investments, treasury activities and corporate governance.
  • Support the execution of strategic transactions, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisers to deliver commercially focused and practical outcomes.
  • Draft, review and negotiate transaction documentation, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s strategic objectives and risk appetite.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the business, managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment.
  • Proactively embrace technology and data-driven approaches to improve efficiency, streamline processes and enhance the delivery of legal services.

  • Experience gained within a leading law firm or an in-house legal team.
  • Proven track record working on international transactions.
