We're working with a fast-growing, VC-backed B2B SaaS company that builds a leading sales intelligence and data platform for revenue teams across Europe and the US. Headquartered in one of London's most iconic office buildings, with several hundred employees across multiple continents, the business has scaled rapidly since its founding roughly a decade ago and continues to grow at pace recently strengthening its leadership team as it enters its next phase of growth.
As the legal team grows alongside the business, this role has been created for a commercially-minded junior lawyer to join as a generalist, getting broad exposure across contracts, commercial negotiations and day-to-day legal support for a fast-moving SaaS business.
Reporting into the legal team, this is a hands-on, varied role for someone early in their career who wants genuine responsibility and exposure to a wide range of commercial legal work, rather than sitting in a narrow specialism. You will work closely with sales, marketing, procurement, finance and product teams, supporting the business as it scales internationally.

- Commercial contracts: draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial agreements including customer contracts, NDAs, order forms, partnership agreements and vendor/supplier contracts.
- Sales support: work directly with the sales team to review and negotiate customer paperwork at pace, balancing commercial risk with deal velocity.
- Procurement and vendor agreements: support the review and negotiation of supplier and procurement contracts, including data processing terms.
- Day-to-day legal queries: act as a first point of contact for general legal questions from across the business, escalating appropriately.
- Policy and process: help maintain contract templates, playbooks and internal legal processes; contribute to making the contracting process faster and more self-serve for the business.
- Cross-functional collaboration: work with marketing on compliance matters, with HR on employment-adjacent queries, and with the wider legal team on ad hoc projects.
- Learning and development: get exposure to data protection, IP and corporate matters as they arise, with support to build specialist knowledge over time.
You are a qualified solicitor (England & Wales or equivalent) with around 1–3 years' PQE, ideally with some commercial or technology transactions experience, whether from private practice or in-house. You communicate clearly and confidently with non-lawyers, and you enjoy being close to the business rather than sitting apart from it.
