We are working with an innovative and fast-growing business operating at the intersection of legal services, consulting, technology and AI in their search for an Account Executive to join their London team. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for someone with a legal background (private practice, in-house, legal consulting or legal services) who enjoys business development, relationship building and solving commercial challenges. The alternative legal services market is evolving rapidly and this role offers the chance to be at the centre of that growth.
From day one, you’ll work directly with senior stakeholders and clients, learning how strategic relationships are built, opportunities are developed and solutions are delivered. This is not traditional sales. It is consultative, relationship-led and focused on understanding complex client challenges and designing the right solution.
The role will include:
- Managing a portfolio of strategic client accounts and identifying new business opportunities
- Owning the client journey from initial conversations through to onboarding, growth and renewals
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and understanding what matters most to their business
- Working cross-functionally with legal, technology and delivery teams to shape tailored solutions
- Supporting proposals, presentations and commercial discussions
- Helping refine and build scalable approaches to client growth and account development
What we're looking for:
- 2 - 8 years’ experience in legal practice, legal consulting, business development, client management or managed services.
- A minimum of a 2i degree
- A genuine interest in business development and growing client relationships
- Natural stakeholder management skills and the confidence to engage at senior levels
- Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
