We are looking for a commercially astute Chief Compliance Officer to lead and transform our client’s global compliance function. This senior leader must combine their compliance expertise with an assertive approach to driving compliance excellence across a complex multinational business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead from the front with a strong, decisive leadership style that drives accountability and performance across the compliance function
- Develop and execute a robust, enterprise-wide compliance strategy that delivers tangible, measurable results
- Take ownership of complex, transformational compliance initiatives across multiple jurisdictions
- Engage with senior stakeholders and the Board confidently, ensuring compliance is prioritised and integrated into strategic decision-making
- Design, implement, and enforce scalable compliance and risk management frameworks that withstand regulatory scrutiny
- Proactively identify emerging risks and lead swift, effective remediation actions
- Manage regulatory interactions assertively to protect the company’s reputation and interests
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified lawyer with extensive compliance experience or highly qualified compliance professional with qualifications in CCEP and ICA
- Proven track record in senior compliance roles within large global organisations
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, complex compliance transformations with real impact
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive and Board level
- Commercially astute with the ability to balance risk mitigation and business growth
